Why is the erection sequence a safety issue?
A partly built frame is not self-supporting. Departing from the designed sequence or removing temporary bracing early can collapse it.
What level of fume control is expected?
Local exhaust ventilation at the arc wherever it can be applied, with respiratory protection in addition, indoors and outdoors alike.
