Why are shallow services a particular problem?
Garden and grounds services are often buried far shallower than the standard depth and rarely appear on drawings.
What biological hazards are covered?
Tetanus from soil-contaminated wounds, leptospirosis from watercourses and rodent-frequented ground, and irritant or toxic plant sap.
