Membership adds the diploma for each course you complete and the editable Word version of all 77 templates. Why the PDF is free and the Word file is not. A PDF is for reading and printing; the Word file is the one you edit, issue and keep under your own document control. That editable file, and the diploma that proves a named person completed the course, are what membership pays for.
About the diploma. These are theory courses. The diploma records that a named person completed the theory and passed its assessment. It is not an accredited qualification. Many countries require practical assessment as well before theory counts towards a statutory requirement, so check what applies where the person works.

Are the templates free?
The PDF version of every template is free with an account. The editable Word version is part of membership.
Do I need to pay to take a course?
No. Every lesson and assessment is free. You only need membership to get the diploma at the end.
What does paying yearly save?
A year up front is €89.90 instead of 12 months at €9.99 (€119.88), which is 25% off. Monthly stays available if you prefer it.
Do prices change?
Prices are reviewed once a year. The price you see when you join is the price you pay for that billing period.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Membership is billed monthly or yearly and you can stop at any time; it stays active to the end of the period you have paid for. You keep your free account and everything that is free.
Can I use the templates for clients?
Yes, under the licence: adapt them and issue them under your own document control. You may not resell them as templates.
VAT. SafetyOrbit is not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged and none is recoverable on these prices.
What is not built yet. Team reporting for employers is in development. The lessons, assessments, diplomas, diagram library and templates all exist now.
